What's New?
New Filter: A ‘not in use’ filter has been added to Global Contacts and Global Addresses, simplifying the process of removing inactive contacts and maintaining a clean database.
Reports: The Business Registration Number (BRN) will now appear on the minutes/resolutions and Seal Register.
Documents: The Business Nature code will now appear alongside the Business Nature description on the First Directors Minute or Resolution.
Shareholders: The share class description will now appear on the NAR1 and NSC1 forms alongside the share class codes.
